This is the first in our series of films for migrant domestic workers, filmed in April 2012 with help from the organisation, "Justice for Domestic Workers" (J4DW), Unite the Union, Kalayaan and WEA. In this film we find out about domestic workers and what their lives are like.
On this page you will find some interactive activities to accompany the film. You can also download teacher's notes and worksheets to use in the classroom.

Fantastic insight into the lives of domestic workers in London. Well done, ladies - you're stars! :-)
It is good to see and hear that the people in the film feel safe and happy in the UK
I really like this film - very useful information about employment rights and role plays to practice.
