It is aimed primarily at practising ESOL teachers who are interested in developing a greater understanding of cultural differences and how cultural differences affect language learning.

It is aimed at qualified, practising teachers who are interested in developing and extending their strategies for working on accuracy in spoken English (stages 2-4 on the professional development framework).
