These days, I feel a little bit lazy. It’s time to make some lifestyle changes! My friend Martin says that exercise and healthy eating are really important. I’m going to be more like Martin. I’m going to join the gym and get fit. I’m going to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. I’m going to have three healthy meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner – and I’m going to cook all my food myself with fresh ingredients – no more fast food for me! I’m going to drink lots of water. I’m going to stop smoking. I’m going to stop going to the pub. I’m going to stop driving and start walking. I’m going to stop watching TV and start running. I’m going to go to bed early and get at least eight hours’ sleep every night. From now on, I’m going to be so healthy! …Tomorrow, I’m going to get fit and healthy…

I am going to start running again once my injured knee will recover from excesive running.

I am going to drink plenty of water everyday because I don't drink enough.

I am following healthy lifestyle in my daily routine. I get up early morning and drink 2 glass of water and later on I eat healthy food. It important to have food with good nutrients value. I am eating small meals every 4 hours to make me fit and healthy. I drink plenty of water which make me fell fresh all day. In evening I go to gym and do workout. I start with running and run for 20 minutes and later on I do an exercise. I go to bed in evening and have at least 8 to 9 hour sleep.

I think that I am fit and healthy. I drink a lot of water everyday and I eat five portion of fruit and vegetables, I go running every Sunday morning.
To become heathier I am going to stop eating fast food and sleep earlier.

Before pregnancy I was very fit. Now I still have definitely to many kgs. And my healthy is bad. I have not enough iron and vitamine B12. But I'm going to change my lifestyle. I'm going to exercise every day. I'm going to eat more healthy food for example: fruit, vegetables, groats and beans. I'm going to stop to use the computer and start playing outdoors. I'm going to be more healthy and fit from today.
