These days, I feel a little bit lazy. It’s time to make some lifestyle changes! My friend Martin says that exercise and healthy eating are really important. I’m going to be more like Martin. I’m going to join the gym and get fit. I’m going to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables every day. I’m going to have three healthy meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner – and I’m going to cook all my food myself with fresh ingredients – no more fast food for me! I’m going to drink lots of water. I’m going to stop smoking. I’m going to stop going to the pub. I’m going to stop driving and start walking. I’m going to stop watching TV and start running. I’m going to go to bed early and get at least eight hours’ sleep every night. From now on, I’m going to be so healthy! …Tomorrow, I’m going to get fit and healthy…

These days I feel little bit lithergic. I feel I need to change my lifestyle. I am going to bed early and get at least six hours sleep. I am going to get early out of bed and I am going to do yoga and Pranayama. I am going to drink two glasses of water on an empty stomach. I am going to have three light meals...breakfast little bit heavy, lunch normal and dinner some light food. I'm going to stop spending lots of time on surfing the internet and start walking. I'm going to stop chatting and start living in silence. I'm going to stop arguing and start understanding. I'm going to get fresh and energetic.

I wake up early at round five. I get some fresh milk . Fifteen minutes latter cook some vegetarian food. For dinner I eat one of those: meat, fish, or eggs with salad and rice.

To be more healthier I plan to walk to prevent cholesterol accumulation and drink plenty of water to help digestion.

Sad to say but I'm not fit nor healthy. Last year I started drinking 2 litres of water a day but after few months I stopped; the need of going to the bathroom every 20 minutes was stressing me out so I just decreased the amount of water I drank everyday but I'm hoping that I'll get back to that routine soon. Also I'm planning to join the gym and take swimming classes.

Even though I am fit and healthy I could make some changes in my life. I am going to run every day. I am going to drink less coffee and more water. I am going to eat more fresh vegetables and fruit. I am going to join the gym and make more friends to improve my English. Finally, I am going to feel good about myself.

I'm not satisfied with my weight. I need to lose at least 7 kilograms, so I'm going to join the gym. I'm going to eat only healthy foods and stop eating fatty foods.

I´m a bit chubby. I think I can change several things from my daily habits to improve my health:
1. Drink 1L of mineral water a day
2. Eat more vegetables and fruits
3. Do some exercise
4. Sleep the necessary 8 hours a day.

I think that it is difficult for me but I am going to try it.
I'm going to go to bed early and spend about 7 hours to sleep every night.
In the morning, I'm going to do physical exercise such as running around the lake near my house.
I'm going to drink a lot of water.
I'm going to cut down surfing the Internet and instead go jogging, cook, and take care of myself and family.
I'm going to eat more healthy foods and eat three healthy meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner. I think the breakfast is very important for my health.
