What's happening in the town?

Unit 3 is about what happens at places in town. It develops all language skills and can be used in ESOL literacy classes. Learners listen to sound clips and discuss what they can hear and where, build sentences and identify verb-noun collocations. Learners also develop simple transactional dialogues such as buying food in a café, a ticket on the bus, or paying at the checkout.
